Frequently Asked Questions

If a course is part of the ACE program, an optional ACE examination is available. If you purchase the complete CBT, you are entitled to take the course's ACE examination one time at an SGI training center on a future date for no charge. If you cannot travel to an SGI training center, you may choose to take the examination at a local testing center; in this case, the testing center will charge you a nominal fee for proctoring the examination.

To purchase a CBT, order the CBT from its course description page. We will process your order and contact you regarding payment. Once payment is received, we will ship the CBT DVDs to you and/or provide access to a downloadable version of the CBT (if available).
